Return & Refund Policy (EU Market)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, according to EU consumer law.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused, with tags
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Send us a clear statement (e.g., by email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Return Shipping

You must return the items promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned goods, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a non-standard delivery choice), within 14 days.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: In accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws, we cover return shipping costs only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at office(at)sunbarry(dot)com if:

  • Your item is defective
  • It arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have.
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
