Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery within Germany usually takes about 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

Delivery is carried out by a shipping provider of our choice (e.g., UPS or DHL). There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees for deliveries from non-EU countries are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Area

We currently deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries. Information about available countries and possible restrictions can be found during checkout or on our shipping information page.

Delays

If there are delivery delays (e.g., due to force majeure, strikes, or material shortages), we will inform you immediately.

Processing and Delivery Times

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from a warehouse based in the United States.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Processing Delays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for transit and delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please note: Cerasum LLC, sunbarry.com, and our affiliated shops are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items to support your claim.
